Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once we received your application, a member of our recruitment team will review it. If you are a potential match, we will send your application to the hiring manger for review.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager Review
Hiring manager to review your CV and decide if candidate is to proceed to screening call stage.
- Stage 3
Screening call with recruitment team
Short call with our recruitment team to see if you hold the required skills for the position you have applied for.
- Stage 4
Psychometric testing
after a successful screening call you will be asked to complete a psychometric test. this has 2 tests taking a total time of approx 30 minutes.
Test number one is an aptitude test and test number to is a personality test.

- Stage 5
First Stage interview
Face to Face interview with hiring manager and the recruitment team. We will focus on your CV and experience. You will be asked a series of competency based questions.
- Stage 6
Second round Interview
Once you have successfully completed the first round, you will meet with another 2 members of the team. This will look more in depth at your skills and experience.
- Stage 7
Conditional Offer
you will received a phone call and an email outlining the offer for the position.
- Stage 8
Reference Checks
You will be asked to proved 2 references who can take a 5 minute call to answer a series of questions regarding your previous work history.
- Stage 9
Right to work checks
You will receive a link to the HireRight site to upload your passport for an ID check.
- Stage 10
Hired
Once all checks are completed and satisfactory you will receive your contract via Docusign and your start date. we will organise your IT equipment and plan your first day working with Bright.
